Does your bikes take cleats?

Yes they do, SPD SM-SH56 cleats are compatible with our bikes.

Do you have lockers?

Yes we do at all our studios.

Do you have changing facilities?

Yes we do at all our studios.

Do you have shower facilities?

We only have shower facilities at our Glasgow West End & Livingston studios.

Do you have car parking?

We do in our Airdrie Studio but in our other venues on street parking is available.

Can I access all studios with my membership?

Yes, if you are on the full £60 membership you can access any studio with that.

Does my membership include Reformer Pilates?

No, our unlimited memberships is for spin only.

Does Reformer Pilates have a monthly membership option?

No, our Reformer Pilates operates on credit packs or pay as you go.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you wish to cancel your membership you can do so at any time. You simply need to email info@revolutionstudio.co.uk giving a minimum of two days notice prior to your renewal date.Please provide the following in this email: Email address your account is registered with, studio you are a member of, your full name your account is in, mobile number.

I haven’t done a spin/reformer class before, will I be ok?

Of course, we’ve got your back! You will be given an induction prior to class start time you must arrive 10 minutes before class start time on your first visit. Our workouts are scalable and accessible to everyone. Train at your own pace but always bring your a-game.

What do I need to wear to Reformer?

Grip Socks must be worn, You can bring your own or purchase at reception.

How do I book a class?

Download the Revolution Studio app or create an account on our website. Once you have done this you can purchase memberships or credits to book classes.

As a member can I cancel a session?

For spin memberships you can cancel a session up to 6 hours prior to class start time. If you cancel with less than 6 hours notice you will receive a late cancellation charge of £2.50. We operate a zero tolerance in no shows if you no show to a class you will receive a £5.00 no show charge.

As a Credit Pack customer, can I cancel a session?

If you cancel your session, as long as you cancel within the cancellation period of 12 hours notice, a credit will be raised on your account which you can use at a later date.
If you cancel with less that 12 hours notice you will forfeit your credit.

Can my credit pack expiry date be extended?

No there are no exceptions to this term. Our credit packs are offered at a reduced rate per class and as such have an expiry date.

How do I cancel a session?

You need to manage your own bookings and cancellations via your account. Simply cancel any classes you can’t attend. If you download the App you can sign in with your email and address used to create your account and make any cancellations and re book.
